I’m Natalie, the Childcare and Business Manager of the Little Oaks Group, and I’ve been here since the very beginning. My main passion lies in creating outstanding provisions for our children while ensuring our staff are well looked after and supported throughout their journey with us. Childcare is no easy business, but it’s incredibly rewarding, and I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. I’m dedicated to fostering a positive and enriching environment for both our children and our team while managing and developing a sustainable business.

Hi, I’m Katie, the Provision Manager at our Stafford Road setting. I’ve been in this role for five years now, and no two days are ever the same! I lead a fantastic team, supporting them through challenging days while ensuring everything runs smoothly. Childcare has been my passion since I was young, and Little Oaks has given me the incredible opportunity to turn that passion into a fulfilling career.

My name is Lisa and I am the financial administrator for all 3 nurseries.  I’ve been working in finance for over nine years.

I joined Little Oaks Day Nursery in January 2023 as the Finance Administrator, where I manage the nursery’s financial operations, including budgets, payroll, and invoices. I’m passionate about ensuring smooth financial processes that help support the important work we do for children and families. With my years of experience, I enjoy bringing financial clarity and structure to help the nursery thrive

My name is Kat, and I’ve been with Little Oaks since they took over in May 2023. I was promoted to Deputy Manager right away, a role I embraced wholeheartedly, and I’ve since taken on the position of Provision Manager. I’m fortunate to lead an amazing team dedicated to providing a nurturing and educational experience for our children, ensuring they get the most out of their days here.

Catering Manager

Suzanne

Hi, I am Suzanne the Catering Manager responsible for supplying nutritional and healthy choices across all settings within Little Oaks.
My love for food began at a young age creating and experimenting having an eye for detail and flair.
Whilst achieving culinary qualifications I worked in fine dining which led me to venture into industrial catering services ,including the education sector and working for the NHS, becoming a trainer for Food Hygiene. My interests opened doors which swiftly enticed me towards Regulations, Risks and the Safety of our food where I achieved an Advanced qualification.
I joined the Little Oaks family in 2021 by helping develop and the opening up of their own “In house” catering department ensuring all dietary & sensitive food requests are met. By introducing the children to new flavours, textures and tastes can be rewarding for all.
